Typically, there’s an online application that you need to fill out depending on the role you have selected, then with the email attatched, you will be emailed a interview date, followed by interviews with the team. Some roles may include a small project or case study. Job applications like receptionist and janitors are likely not going to get a email for a interview rather than just get hired in the email.
