We only build the S1.
Most car companies split their attention across a dozen models. KESTREL builds exactly one — refined every year, distracted by nothing. This is what a car looks like when a company can't hide behind its lineup.
Nothing to dilute. Nothing to rush.
Every engineering hour at KESTREL goes into a single platform. No badge-engineered SUV, no rebadged hatchback — the proportions, the weight distribution, the seating position all serve one goal.
The silhouette borrows honestly from the cars that taught the industry restraint: the low cowl of a Japanese sports coupe, the cabin-forward stance of a German saloon, the unfussy surfacing of a well-built family sedan. We studied them, then drew our own line.
Familiar language, its own accent.
Three surfaces, three decisions. Nothing on the S1 is there because a focus group asked for it.
A lower roofline, on purpose
18mm lower than the segment average, with a cabin pushed back over the rear axle for a stance that reads as intent, not accident.
One screen, six controls
Climate, volume and drive mode stay physical. Everything else lives on a single 14.2" display angled toward the driver.
Recycled aluminium body
68% recycled content in the body-in-white, without a compromise on the panel gaps we obsess over.
Six finishes, no options list
The numbers, without the asterisks.
One configuration. One set of specs. What you reserve is what arrives.
Every angle, same obsession.
