These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your interaction with games, experiences, assets, and services developed or operated by Blue Helm Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) on the Roblox platform. By accessing or playing any Roblox experience created by our studio, interacting with our Roblox group, or using related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of our content.

1. Relationship with Roblox

Our studio is an independent Roblox game-development studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or employed by Roblox Corporation.

All gameplay, purchases, moderation, and platform functionality are also subject to Roblox’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Standards, which take precedence where applicable.

2. Eligibility

You must be permitted to use Roblox under Roblox’s Terms of Use to access our games. If you are under the age required by your local laws, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Use of Our Games and Experiences

You agree that you will not:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage
• Use cheats, scripts, or third-party tools to modify gameplay
• Attempt to bypass game restrictions or security systems
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff
• Impersonate our developers, moderators, or staff

We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access to our games or in-game features if these rules are violated.

4. In-Game Purchases and Virtual Items

Our games may offer developer products, game passes, or other virtual items purchasable using Robux. All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided.

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.
• Items, perks, or features may be rebalanced, modified, or removed as part of updates.
• Loss of virtual items due to moderation actions or rule violations will not be compensated.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content created by Blue Helm Studios, including but not limited to:

• Game Mechanics
• Maps and Environments
• Scripts and Systems

These are owned by our studio or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, reupload, or claim ownership of our content outside of Roblox or within Roblox without explicit written permission.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We may take moderation actions including warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent bans if a player violates these Terms or Roblox’s rules. Moderation decisions are made at our discretion and are not guaranteed to be reversible.

7. Updates and Game Changes

Our games are live services and may change over time. We may:

• Add or remove features
• Adjust gameplay balance
• Fix bugs or exploits
• Discontinue certain experiences

We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Helm Studios is not responsible for:

• Data loss, progress loss, or virtual item loss
• Service interruptions caused by Roblox platform issues
• Indirect or incidental damages arising from gameplay

Any liability is limited to the extent allowed under Roblox’s systems and applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop playing our games at any time. We may restrict or terminate access (perm-ban) to our content if you violate these Terms or Roblox’s rules.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our games or policies evolve. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our content constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
