This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your access to and use of games, software, Roblox experiences, digital content, and related services provided by Blue Helm Studios (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Blue Helm Studios”).
By accessing or using our content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our content.
Blue Helm Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our games, software, experiences, and related content for their intended purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of any Blue Helm Studios intellectual property to you.
All rights, title, and interest in Blue Helm Studios content remain the property of Blue Helm Studios or its respective licensors.

Blue Helm Studios may publish games and experiences through Roblox. Your use of our Roblox experiences is also subject to the applicable Roblox Terms of Use, Community Standards, and other Roblox policies.
Roblox accounts, Roblox platform services, and Roblox-owned intellectual property are not owned or controlled by Blue Helm Studios.
Nothing in this EULA grants permission to violate Roblox's rules, policies, or terms.
Certain Blue Helm Studios services may allow users to create, submit, upload, or display content.
You retain ownership of content that you independently own. However, where necessary to operate the applicable service, you grant Blue Helm Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content as part of providing our services.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate the rights of other individuals or organizations or applicable laws and platform rules.
Our games and services may contain software, libraries, assets, audio, models, or other content provided by third parties.
Third-party content remains subject to its applicable licenses and ownership terms. This EULA does not transfer ownership of third-party intellectual property to Blue Helm Studios or to you.
Blue Helm Studios may update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue portions of its games, software, services, or content at any time.
Updates may include changes to features, gameplay systems, functionality, compatibility, security, or other aspects of our services.
This license may automatically terminate if you violate this EULA. Blue Helm Studios may also restrict or terminate access to its content or services where permitted by applicable law.
Upon termination of your license, you must stop using any Blue Helm Studios content for which you no longer have authorization.
Our games, software, experiences, and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Helm Studios does not guarantee that its content or services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or system.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Helm Studios will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our content or services.
We may update this EULA from time to time. Changes become effective when the updated version is published.
Your continued use of Blue Helm Studios content after an updated EULA is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
