Third-Party Integration & Partnership Policy — Official guidelines for integrating Blue Helm Studios technology, models, and services with external platforms and partners.
1. Purpose

The Third-Party Integration & Partnership Policy (tipp) establishes the rules, requirements, and standards for any external organization, developer, or platform wishing to integrate with or partner on Blue Helm Studios technology, AI models, APIs, or services.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all third-party integrations, API usage, model embeddings, co-development projects, reseller partnerships, and any form of technical or commercial collaboration with Blue Helm Studios.

3. Integration Requirements

All third-party integrations must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Execution of a formal Partnership Agreement
  • Completion of a technical security and compliance review
  • Implementation of proper authentication and rate limiting
  • Adherence to Blue Helm Studios API and model usage guidelines
  • Regular audit and reporting obligations
4. Permitted & Prohibited Uses

Partners may integrate Blue Helm Studios technology only for approved use cases. The following are strictly prohibited without explicit written consent:

  • Redistribution or resale of models or outputs
  • Training new models using Blue Helm outputs
  • Public exposure of raw model endpoints
  • Use in high-risk or unregulated sectors without approval
  • Modification of model behavior to bypass safety measures
5. Partnership Levels

Blue Helm Studios offers tiered partnership levels:

  • Integration Partner – API and basic model access
  • Strategic Partner – Co-development and custom fine-tuning
  • Enterprise Partner – Dedicated support, SLAs, and volume licensing
6. Compliance and Monitoring

All partners are subject to periodic compliance audits. Blue Helm Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if any violation of this policy or the partnership agreement occurs.
