RCPP

Research Collaboration Partnership Program — Official framework for academic, institutional, and independent research partnerships involving Blue Helm Studios models and technology.
1. Program Overview

The Research Collaboration Partnership Program (rcpp) enables approved academic institutions, research organizations, and qualified independent researchers to access and collaborate with Blue Helm Studios AI models and technology for non-commercial research purposes.

2. Objectives

The rcpp aims to:

  • Advance responsible AI research and innovation
  • Foster collaboration between industry and academia
  • Support ethical and transparent AI development
  • Generate valuable insights while protecting proprietary assets
  • Build long-term relationships with the global research community
3. Eligibility

Participation in rcpp is open to:

  • Accredited universities and research institutions
  • Government-affiliated research labs
  • Independent researchers with verifiable academic or institutional affiliation
  • Non-profit research organizations focused on AI safety and ethics

Commercial entities are generally not eligible under rcpp (see TIPP or ADOM instead).

4. Access Tiers

Approved partners receive access based on one of the following tiers:

  • Basic Research Access – Limited API usage and inference
  • Advanced Research Access – Model weights (under strict license) and fine-tuning capabilities
  • Collaborative Research – Joint projects with dedicated technical support
5. Key Requirements

All rcpp participants must:

  • Sign a Research Collaboration Agreement and NDA
  • Submit a detailed research proposal for review
  • Adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols
  • Provide attribution and share non-proprietary research outcomes
  • Allow periodic compliance audits
6. Restrictions

Research partners may not:

  • Use models for commercial product development
  • Redistribute model weights or datasets
  • Publicly release fine-tuned models without prior approval
  • Apply models in high-risk domains without explicit consent
7. Application and Contact

Interested researchers and institutions must submit a formal application including research proposal, team credentials, and intended use cases.
