No Discrimination Conduct (NDC)

The No Discrimination Conduct (NDC) policy ensures that all individuals within Blue Helm Studios are treated fairly and respectfully. Discrimination is taken extremely seriously and is not tolerated in any program, team, or community space.
Policy Purpose

The purpose of the NDC policy is to guarantee equal treatment and opportunity for all employees, interns, and participants in Blue Helm Studios programs.

Everyone must be treated with respect regardless of background, ability, identity, or personal characteristics.

Zero-Tolerance Standard

Discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment toward any individual is strictly prohibited.

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary actions including warnings, suspension, removal from programs, or termination from Blue Helm Studios.

Protected Individuals

The NDC policy protects individuals participating in any Blue Helm Studios program, including employees, interns, and members of programs such as:

• Accessible Internship Program (AIP)
• Dyslexia Learning Program (DLP)
• Disability Work Program (DWP)

All participants must be treated with dignity and fairness.

Reporting Discrimination

Individuals who experience or witness discrimination should report it through appropriate internal channels, including management or the Employee Conduct Forum (ECF).

Reports will be reviewed seriously and handled with appropriate care.

Program Integration

The NDC policy works alongside other Blue Helm Studios policies including:

• BHSDC (Blue Helm Studios Data Conduct)
• BHSURC (Blue Helm Studios User Rights Conduct)
• ECF (Employee Conduct Forum)
• AIP, DLP, and DWP programs

All policies together ensure a safe and respectful workplace environment.
