1. Program Overview

The Employee Engagement and Recognition Program (eearp) is designed to foster a positive, motivated, and high-performing workplace culture at Blue Helm Studios.

This program recognizes outstanding contributions, encourages teamwork, celebrates milestones, and promotes overall employee engagement through structured initiatives and rewards.

2. Objectives

The primary objectives of eearp are to:

  • Boost employee morale and job satisfaction
  • Recognize and reward exceptional performance and dedication
  • Strengthen team collaboration and company values
  • Improve retention and attract top talent
  • Create a culture of appreciation and continuous feedback
3. Recognition Categories

Recognition under eearp falls into the following main categories:

  • Spot Recognition – Immediate thanks for everyday contributions
  • Monthly/Quarterly Awards – Peer-nominated or manager-selected excellence awards
  • Milestone Recognition – Service anniversaries, project completions, and major achievements
  • Team Achievement Awards – Celebrating successful group outcomes
  • Leadership & Innovation Awards – For ideas that drive significant improvement
4. Rewards and Incentives

Recognized employees may receive one or more of the following:

  • Gift cards, bonus payments, or additional paid time off
  • Public acknowledgment in company meetings or internal channels
  • Custom trophies, certificates, or branded merchandise
  • Professional development opportunities or conference attendance

5. Nomination and Selection Process

Employees can nominate colleagues through the internal eearp portal or by submitting a nomination form to their manager or HR.

Nominations are reviewed quarterly by a cross-functional recognition committee. Selections are based on alignment with company values, impact, and frequency of contributions.

6. Participation and Guidelines

All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in eearp. Recognition is inclusive and encourages participation from all departments and levels.

Program guidelines emphasize fairness, transparency, and avoidance of favoritism. All nominations and awards are documented and reviewed for consistency.

7. Program Administration

The eearp is administered by the Human Resources department in collaboration with department leads. Feedback on the program is collected annually to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
