Authorized Distribution of Models (ADM)

Blue Helm Studios regulates the sharing of select models through the ADM program. Only authorized personnel with proper approval can distribute these models.

The Authorized Distribution of Models (ADM) program allows specific employees to share designated models for approved events, demonstrations, or internal use.

Models may not be shared casually or outside official channels. ADM ensures controlled access and proper usage.

How do I get ADM approval?

To distribute a model, you must obtain a signed authorization paper from the CEO. The request should include the purpose, recipient, and intended use.

Submit your request through the internal ADM request form. Only fully approved requests with CEO signature are valid.

When can models be shared?

Models may only be shared for official events, demonstrations, or other company-approved activities.

Sharing models for personal use, unauthorized distribution, or to external parties (like "some random kid named Ethan") is strictly prohibited.

What is the ADM paper for?

The ADM paper is a signed authorization document that confirms CEO approval for model distribution. It specifies which models can be shared, with whom, and for what purpose.

Carrying and presenting this paper is required whenever distributing models under ADM rules.

Enforcement and Misuse

Abusing the ADM system is not tolerated. Unauthorized sharing or failure to follow protocol may result in revocation of ADM privileges and disciplinary action.

All employees are expected to adhere strictly to these rules to protect company assets and maintain trust.

Request ADM Authorization

To request ADM authorization, fill out the internal form detailing the models, purpose, and recipients. Submit it for CEO review and signature.
