This program is for those who have immigrant (or anyone who moved to Canada and wasn't born there.) can apply for this program to get benifits.

The Immigration Employee Benefits Program is for those who have immigranted from another country to Canada. This program counts for whatever reason, either if your seeking safety in Canada. You will be granted access with this program.

Our goal is to make our team for diverse and create an environment where participants of different backgrounds and cultures can contribute together.

If English isn't your first language, you can take the LEP ESL (English Second Language) and learn basic English skill depending on how much you know. This is similar to the DLP (Dylexia Learning Program) with a similar class. If you are in the DLP and also taking ESL. It'll be combined into one. 30 minutes in one, thirty minutes in the other

Accessibility Support

Blue Helm Studios supports interns by providing flexible communication methods, clear documentation, and structured mentorship. We have a plugin on Roblox Studio you can download where if you code in another language, you can do so and it'll autotranslate it into English.

We strive to accommodate accessibility needs whenever possible, including alternative communication tools and adaptable workflows.

Eligibility

Applicants should demonstrate curiosity, willingness to learn, and respect for community guidelines.

Prior experience is not always required depending on the role.

Mentorship & Learning

Interns may receive guidance from experienced contributors within Blue Helm Studios.

The program focuses on skill development, collaboration, and practical project experience.

Program Conduct

All interns must follow Blue Helm Studios policies including community safety, data conduct (BHSDC), and respectful collaboration standards.
