Platform Rules Compliance — Official policy and framework governing acceptable use, prohibited behaviors, content moderation, and enforcement standards across all Blue Helm Studios platforms, services, and AI models.
1. Purpose

The Platform Rules Compliance (PRC) policy defines the rules, standards, and enforcement mechanisms that apply to all users, developers, and partners interacting with Blue Helm Studios platforms, models, APIs, and services. It ensures a safe, lawful, and responsible environment for everyone.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all Blue Helm Studios digital platforms, including websites, applications, APIs, AI models, chat interfaces, and any associated services. It covers individual users, business partners, developers, and third-party integrators.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Generating or distributing illegal content (child exploitation, violent crimes, terrorism, etc.)
  • Attempting to bypass safety filters or jailbreak AI models
  • Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse
  • Spam, phishing, or malicious automation
  • Unauthorized data scraping or reverse engineering of models
  • Impersonation of individuals or organizations
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
4. Content and Usage Rules

All users must adhere to these core rules:

  • Content must respect intellectual property rights and not infringe copyrights
  • AI-generated outputs may not be used for deceptive or harmful purposes
  • Users are responsible for how they use generated content
  • Excessive or abusive usage that impacts platform stability is not permitted
  • Users must accurately represent the origin of AI-generated material when required
5. Enforcement and Monitoring

Blue Helm Studios actively monitors usage and may:

  • Review, filter, or block content that violates these rules
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations
  • Report illegal activities to law enforcement when necessary
  • Apply temporary rate limits or feature restrictions as needed
6. Appeals and Dispute Resolution

Users may appeal enforcement actions by contacting compliance@bluehelmstudios.com with supporting details. Final decisions rest with Blue Helm Studios. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Alberta law.

7. Reporting Violations

If you observe a violation of these platform rules, please report it promptly to report@bluehelmstudios.com. All reports will be reviewed confidentially and acted upon as appropriate.
