The Age Rules Compliance (ARC) policy establishes the standards, requirements, and procedures Blue Helm Studios follows to ensure responsible age-based access control, protect minors, and maintain full compliance with applicable child protection and data privacy laws.

This policy applies to all Blue Helm Studios platforms, models, APIs, applications, websites, and services. It governs age verification, content access restrictions, user onboarding, and all interactions involving users under the age of majority.

Blue Helm Studios defines the following age tiers for access and content:

• Under 13 – No access permitted (COPPA / equivalent protections)
• 13–17 – Restricted access with parental/guardian consent and limited features
• 18+ – Full access to all features and content (subject to terms of service)

All services must implement and maintain:

• Robust age verification and user self-declaration mechanisms
• Parental consent workflows where required by law
• Age-appropriate content filtering and feature gating
• Prohibition of data collection from users under 13 without verifiable parental consent
• Regular audits and compliance reporting

Users and partners must:

• Provide accurate age information during registration
• Not attempt to circumvent age gates or verification systems
• Comply with all applicable regional age restriction laws
• Immediately report any suspected underage access or violations

Blue Helm Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in violation of ARC policies, including falsified age information or attempts to bypass age restrictions. Violations may also result in reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
