Role Overview

As a Website Developer at Company, you will design, build, and maintain high-performance web properties — from our careers site and job application flows to marketing landing pages, product microsites, and internal tools. • Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA+, screen reader testing, keyboard navigation)
  • Integrate with CMS (Webflow, WordPress, headless like Contentful/Strapi) & APIs
  • Collaborate with designers on Figma-to-code handoff and motion/animation specs

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance
  • Familiarity with accessibility tools & standards (axe DevTools, WAVE, Lighthouse)
  • Comfort with Git, build tools (Vite, Webpack), and deployment (Vercel, Netlify, AWS)
  • Good collaboration with designers & stakeholders (Figma, Zeplin, design tokens)

Nice-to-Have / Bonus Points

  • Experience with full-stack development (Node.js, TypeScript, Supabase/Firebase)
  • Knowledge of headless CMS, GraphQL, or Jamstack architectures
  • Proficiency with motion libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, Three.js for 3D web)
  • Previous work on career/job portals, applicant tracking integrations, or marketing sites
  • SEO & analytics experience (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, schema markup)
  • Basic understanding of server-side rendering (SSR/SSG) and hydration strategies
  • Experience with design systems implementation in code
