- Collaborate on motion design & micro-interactions with animators
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance, color contrast, screen reader support)
- Prototype interactive flows and conduct usability testing iterations
- Work with engineers on implementation specs and handoff (Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode)
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Strong UI design portfolio showing clean, modern, game/app interfaces
- 3–6+ years UI design experience (games, SaaS, mobile apps, or interactive products)

- Experience designing for multiple platforms & screen sizes
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
- Strong collaboration with developers & motion designers
Nice-to-Have / Bonus Points
- Experience designing in-game UI/HUD for live-service or multiplayer games
- Proficiency with motion prototyping (Figma Smart Animate, Principle, After Effects)
- Knowledge of design systems implementation in code (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, Styled Components)
- Previous work on dashboards, data visualization, or complex enterprise interfaces
- Familiarity with AR/VR spatial UI design principles
- Understanding of performance considerations in UI (draw calls, batching, overdraw)
- Experience with user testing tools (Maze, Lookback, UserTesting)
