Introducing the Blue Helm Studios Forms Platform
For years, Blue Helm Studios has relied on third-party platforms such as Google Forms to handle applications, surveys, feedback requests, and internal submissions.
While these services have worked well, they don't provide the flexibility, branding, and functionality we need as our studio continues to grow.
To solve this, we are developing our own dedicated forms platform built entirely by Blue Helm Studios.

Built For Blue Helm Studios
Unlike traditional form-building platforms, this system is not intended for public use.
Only authorized Blue Helm Studios staff members will be able to create and manage forms through the platform.
The goal is to provide a centralized location for every official Blue Helm Studios application, survey, questionnaire, feedback request, and recruitment process.
Important: This platform is an internal Blue Helm Studios tool. Community members will be able to complete forms, but only approved staff members can create and manage them.
Applications & Recruitment
The platform will become the primary location for staff applications, volunteer applications, tester applications, partnership requests, and other recruitment processes across Blue Helm Studios.
Instead of using external services, applicants will complete forms directly through a Blue Helm Studios experience.
Surveys & Community Feedback
Staff members will be able to publish official surveys to gather feedback from the community.
This allows us to better understand player opinions, collect suggestions, and make more informed decisions about future projects and updates.
These tools allow staff members to build professional forms tailored to their needs.
Application Tracking
Applicants will be able to view their submissions and monitor application progress through a dedicated portal.
This helps create a more transparent process and reduces confusion regarding application status.

As development continues, additional features, management tools, analytics, moderation systems, and workflow improvements may be introduced.
